Gennifer holds a BS in Plant & Soil Science from the University of Vermont. Before joining Shelburne Farms, she worked in IT for Goodrich Aerospace, GE Medical, IDX as a project manager and FAHC, training nurses, physicians and other staff how to use the computer and the various programs. (Back in the day she was a rap DJ, too!) She currently works in reception (Main Office) at the Farm two days a week, Monday and Thursday. Her favorite aspect of the work is learning something new every day. She is still learning about the history, programs, products and services. Please feel free to talk with her and share a tale of the farm. Outside of work, Gennifer enjoys rug hooking, art, making things with her hands and animals of all shapes and sizes. Oh, and she adores bad B movies, science fiction, and robots.
