Scott is responsible for the service and beverage programs at the Shelburne Farms Inn. The goal for dining room service is to curate a thoughtful experience for all guests and visitors by infusing the values of the organization into the way we deliver our service and build our wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage programs. Scott is a hospitality veteran with almost three decades of experience. Before joining the team at  Shelburne Farms, Scott was the Director of Operations for Dedalus in Burlington, Stowe, and Middlebury. He grew up in Maine and has been in Vermont for the last nine years. When not on the restaurant floor, Scott continues to educate himself about wine, food, and the cultures that orbit them. He loves cooking for his partner Aditi, going for hikes with his dog Cleo, and enjoys boxing and kickboxing as a form of fitness.
